ISDE 2011 FINLAND
Here we are at Kotka with some pictures of the unpacking and readying of the bikes plus some of the practice track etc. The bikes are now in the Parc Ferme locked up until Monday when we start the ISDE. Will send you some more pics

Glen Kearny having a whoopsie
The pine trees are really picturesk but have millions of boulders strewn through the forest. Quite big boulders with rocks amongst them and all solid in the ground. Quite threatening to many and some of the Aussies are pretty dubious about it.

The weather forcaste is for rain the whole ISDE. That could be good for our guys and they are looking forward to the bad weather. Apparently it is coming down from Russia which is not very far away at all. Only about 2 hrs away or even less.
Everyone is in high spirits which is great. Lots of work done on the bikes. Just before technical inspection, Chris's lights wouldn't go. A look found a wire ripped out so somerepairs and away to the tech area and a pass. Excellent.
